RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate both internal and external training programs, including logistics, scheduling, communication, registration, HRDF matters, expense tracking, budgeting, and updating training records.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and support the planning and execution of engagement activities such as team building, festive events, company trips/dinners, and other initiatives promoting a “Happy TCAPM” culture.
- Assign training courses and track attendance using the LMS system.
- Coordinate and support activities related to career fairs, internship placements, and management trainee programs.
- Assist supervisors with ad-hoc projects, including research, data analysis, and groundwork.
- Provide administrative support across Human Capital Development (HCD) functions, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment or a related area is preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
