Manage the logistics operations and coordinate transportation activities.

Conduct delivery planning & arrangement with third-party transporter and monitor the movement of goods and ensure they are delivered on time.

Plan customer order according to the order.

Ensure accurate invoicing to customers after successful delivery.

Monitor and manage inventory levels in the warehouse.

Develop and implement strategies for the efficient distribution of goods.

Monitor and optimize the supply chain process.

Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Oversee the loading and unloading of goods.

Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues.

Cooperate with the company’s overtime responsibilities according to the needs.

Handle of LMW & SST report, documents submission and yearly license renewal.

Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin & English.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft.

Knowledge in planning & logistic management practices.
-
Certificate or higher, in any manufacturing or equivalent.
-
At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or equivalent.
