Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the sale of products in a defined geographical district and for the development and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy.
· Responsible for supporting sales / service team and key account colleagues in the management of key client relationships and in the negotiation of contracts with key customers.
· Responsible for building sales capability and for the overall management and motivation of the sales / service team.
· Perform any other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
· The successful candidate will be based in Johor Bahru and will initially work remotely.
· Once the company establishes its physical office in the Iskandar Puteri area (Johor Bahru), the role will transition to an on-site position.
· The company prefers candidates in their late 20s to below 35 years old.
· This is to ensure a level of maturity, professionalism, and readiness to take on the responsibilities of the role.
· Prior working experience in the plastic manufacturing or related industry is strongly preferred.
· Candidates should possess a solid understanding of the plastic industry landscape and client expectations.
· Proven ability to sell industrial machinery or large-scale equipment is essential.
· Strong communication and persuasion skills are required to effectively engage clients and close sales.
· Candidates should be confident in presenting technical product information and demonstrating product value to prospective customers.
