SENIOR HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

To provide support to the development and monitoring of processes related to performance management, recruitment, engagement, and training and development.

Recruitment

• Coordinate, create, and drive strategies to source, attract, select, and fill open positions (including posting, conducting interviews etc). This also entails requisition management, shortlisting candidates through recruitment platforms and other related channels, interview arrangement, issuance of offer letters, and onboarding briefing.

• Sourcing candidates across Recruitment databases, Job Portals, Social Media, Employee Referrals, Job Fairs, Campus interviews etc.

• Conduct competency-based interviews either through VC/Telephone/In-Person interactions.

• Recruitment tracker management

• Recruitment Budget Management

Employee Champion

• Assist to plan and coordinate employee engagement programs including wellness & well-being.

HR & Admin Operations

• To support industrial relations and labor matters including conflict management, domestic inquiry, code of conduct, and disciplinary and resolve workplace disputes.

Training & Development

• To identify and recommend relevant training programs as per business needs.

• To track training bonds, if applicable.

Function Alignment

• To support HR strategy in implementing various HR Initiatives and keeping all stakeholders informed.

• To support the delivery for end to end HR Services and standardize processes.

• To support the implementation of PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) for employees on extension of probation.

• To support and advise the stakeholders on dealing with all Employee Relations matters.

Preferred Education Background:

• Degree in Human Resource and Admin.

Preferred Work Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience

Preferred Skill Set:

• Business Focus, Results Orientation, Process Orientation, Relationship management, Change management, Effective listening & Collaboration and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
