We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized corporate sales assistant to support the top management by providing administrative support, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring effective communication between internal departments and external clients. The Corporate Sales Assistant assists in maintaining client relationships, preparing sales proposals, and contributing to the development of sales strategies to maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative & Sales Coordination Support
- Assist the Top Management with administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales-related documents.
- Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members as necessary.
- Maintain and update sales databases, customer records, and sales reports.
- Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling, and agenda preparation.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotation, presentations, and contracts for corporate clients.
- Client relationship Management
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about products or services.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Generate Sales Performance reports, forecasts, and metrics and management review.
- Any additional tasks assigned by management on an ad hoc basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, marketing or related field preferred.
- Working experience in a sales support or administrative role preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits or industry conferences.
