Position Title : Service Engineer

Remuneration: RM4,000 – RM5,000

Responsibilities

·       Onsite or remote machine installation and troubleshooting of technical issues.

·       Spare parts handling.

·       Machine manuals and documentation.

·       New project trials, handling customer requirements, and preparing DFM for the factory.

·       Project schedule follow-up.

·       Willingness to work overtime to support customers worldwide across different zones.

Requirements :

·       Willingness to travel overseas (current projects are primarily in Thailand).

·       Ability to work under pressure and prioritize customer requirements and urgent requests.

·       Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in machine servicing, troubleshooting, and project handling.
