Responsibilities:

1. Proficient with CAD/BIM 2D/3D designing;
2. Provide CAD drafting/BIM modelling and documentation support;
3. Generate and deliver all possible drawings and documents directly from BIM models;
4.  Work closely with Project Managers, BIM Coordinators or BIM Managers to ensure successful completion of assignments within a given timeline;
5. Ensure quality of model, elements and information required at each stage of project;
6. Coordinate and resolve clashes as part of modelling process;
7. Communicate issues back to project team;
8. Assisting in plan, design, presentation and documentation;
9. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• At least 1-3 years’ experience working on BIM projects;
• Must have experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit & Navisworks;
• Capable in intelligent Revit family content creation;
• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Experienced with Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines;
• Certification BCA Academy’s BIM Modelling or equivalent;
• Experience in Navisworks clash detection;
• Knowledge in Basic dynamo scripting;
• Knowledge in BIM360 / ACC;
• Knowledge in Rhino and Grasshopper scripting.
