Salary Range:

• Deputy Manager: RM4,700 - RM5,400 (commensurate with qualifications & experience)
• Officer: RM3,800 - RM4,200 (commensurate with qualifications & experience)

We are looking for a Deputy Manager or Officer to join our Mineral & Metal Resources Division. If you have experience in trading, import/export, and business operations, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage import & export documentation for raw materials
• Oversee business processing tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders, and forwarders
• Issue and verify contracts and manage shipping documents
• Handle MUGEN entries and ensure accurate invoicing
• Assist traders in streamlining business operations and resolving issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a trading company
• Experience in export, offshore, and import is preferred
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Experience working as a trading business assistant
• Mandarin-speaking applicants preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Reliable, able to multitask and work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
• Ethical, confident, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
• Malaysian citizens only
