Job Description:

·         Identify, research and engage potential customers in F&B, central kitchens, hypermarkets and supermarkets to drive sales of frozen vegetables (e.g., mixed vegetables, corn, berries, etc.).

·         Provide customers with marketing insights and recommendations to enhance product visibility and sales.

·         Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

·         Plan, coordinate and participate in food product exhibitions to expand market reach.

·         Gather and analyse market data, prepare reports and track sales performance.

·         Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.

·         Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to recommend product improvements and new offerings.

 

Job Requirements:

·         Relevant experience in a related field is required. 

·         Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. (Mandarin is an added advantage due to the business nature.)

·         Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities and solving challenges.

·         Strong customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

·         Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams.

·         Willingness to travel when necessary.
