About the Role
As a BWise Technical Delivery Manager , you will play a crucial role in providing strategic leadership and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of BWise implementations and support services to our clients. You will be responsible for technical leadership, driving successful project delivery, and ensuring that BWise solutions align with client needs and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
· Lead & manage the technical delivery of BWise implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards ensuring all milestones and objectives are met.
· Collaborating with project stakeholders, business teams, and external vendors to align technical solutions with business requirements.
· Overseeing the integration and implementation of BWise solutions, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
· Provide technical guidance and support to the BWise consultants, implementation team, ensuring the effective use of BWise features and functionalities
· Managing technical risks, issues, and changes, ensuring solutions remain aligned with client goals.
· Conducting regular status meetings with internal teams and clients, providing project updates and resolving any escalations.
· Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with the technical delivery.
· Ensuring all BWise systems and solutions are designed with scalability, performance, and future-proofing in mind.
· Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in BWise technology and bringing best practices to the team.
What we're looking for
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in the BWise platform, with a proven track record of successful technical delivery of BWise implementations.
· Strong understanding and expertise in BWise platform, both technical and functional aspects.
· Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, and deployment of BWise solutions.
· Proficiency in system integration and managing complex configurations.
· Deep understanding of BWise configuration, customization, and administration.
· Expertise in handling data migration and system integrations.
· Knowledge of relevant programming languages and technologies, such as Python, PySpark scripting, SQL, and web services.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
· Proven experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale technical delivery projects.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
· Ability to tackle complex technical issues, finding effective solutions and leading your team to success.
· Strong customer service mentality with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver excellent results.
· Relevant certifications in BWise or other related areas are a plus. |
