Responsibilities:

·       Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive IT solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry best practices, and client’s strategic objectives.

·       Consulting Services: Provide expert consulting to clients, offering technical guidance and recommendations to address business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.

·       System Integration: Oversee the integration of complex systems and applications, ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance across various platforms.

·       Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present compelling technical proposals and solutions that address client needs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

·       Technology Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in IBM HW Product Suite and other relevant technologies to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and industry standards.

·       Business Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes through the application of innovative IT solutions, enhancing efficiency and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

·       Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure clear communication, alignment of objectives, and successful project delivery.

·       Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of solution architecture projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

·       Continuous Improvement Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in solution architecture and IT consulting, applying this knowledge to continuously improve client’s service offerings.

Requirements:

·       Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Extensive experience in solution architecture and infrastructure design, with a focus on delivering complex IT projects.

·       Strong pre-sales capabilities, with experience in developing and presenting technical solutions to clients.

·       Proven expertise in consulting and providing technical solutions in a variety of environments.

·       Experience with IBM HW Product Suite is essential; additional experience with other enterprise technologies is a plus.

·       TOGAF certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
