Job Description:
- Lead in product development, review formulation, materials and processes, product improvement / cost optimization, conducting shelf life studies whenever necessary.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all relevant R&D documentation i.e. formulations, manufacturing procedures and specifications.
- Stay abreast with regulatory, industry and market food trends.
- Participate in appointed GMP, HACCP, ISO, Halal, OSH or other committees/ audits assigned
- Conduct sensory evaluation
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology or related fields
- At least 4 years of working experience in food manufacturing preferably in sauce manufacturing and 2 years in supervisory/management role
- Good understanding of Malaysian Food Regulations and Halal requirements
- Good command of English both oral and written.
