Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate with team members, management, IT, and application teams to investigate, analyze, document, and resolve security incidents, including malware outbreaks, intrusions, and system vulnerabilities.

·        Conduct skills gap analysis to identify training needs, and promote, create, and deliver training programs to equip employees and end-users with essential information security skills.

·        Organize and conduct periodic information security audits, as well as security orientation, training, and awareness programs.

·        Support the planning and implementation of security improvements, manage antivirus servers, and support Windows Active Directory environments.

·        Investigate and report on virus infections, ensuring systems are secure and compliant with company standards.

·        Stay current with the latest information security intelligence, emerging threats, technologies, and best practices.

·        Document the design, operation, and troubleshooting of technology platforms, infrastructure, and procedures.

·        Design, implement, and manage cloud network infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms, including virtual networks, subnets, and security groups, while ensuring secure on-premise network connectivity.

·        Perform daily server maintenance, including performance monitoring of servers and storage, backup plan management, and proposing/managing cloud and networkrelated projects.

·        Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of system, network, and security issues.
