Finance & Accounting Manager

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the finance and accounting functions to ensure smooth business operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, tax regulations, transfer pricing, and audit requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and budget forecasts.
• Maintain and enhance internal control procedures and accounting policies.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and cost control measures.
• Support strategic financial decision-making and provide insights to senior management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, transfer pricing, and audit compliance. Familiarity with Sage accounting system is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess own transport.

Salary:

RM9,500.00 - RM11,000.00 per month + Bonus
