Key Responsibilities

·       Developing Sales Strategies: Creating and implementing effective plans to meet sales objectives.

·       Team Leadership: Managing, mentoring, and motivating sales team to enhance their performance.

·       Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

·       Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

·       Performance Monitoring: Setting individual and team sales KPIs, analyzing sales data, and providing regular performance reports to senior management.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
• Age: 45 years old or below.
