Salary: Basic up to RM8,000 + RM1,500 (language allowance)
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing language support during client interactions, including translations and interpretations as needed.
- Analytical Tasks: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that insights are communicated effectively to the team.
- Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the accuracy of all sales-related transactions, communications, and presentations in the target languages.
- Timely Completion: Manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients in their native language to address inquiries, provide required sales information, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT and other down and upstream team, to ensure smooth transaction process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin & Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2), along with strong English communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data effectively and derive actionable insights to support sales strategies.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus. | |
