Position Title: FA Technician

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: Basic + Allowances. 

Job Responsibilities:-

• Perform FA measurement using measuring equipments such as Smart scope, Toolmaker Scope and various measuring instruments.
• Have basic GDT knowledge and able to interpret basic dimensions.
• Knowledge in CPK, PPAP, SPC and CPK.
• Able to interpret technical/mechanical drawings and blue-prints.
• Maintain good 5S practices in the workplace.
• Preferred with experience in manufacturing environment and ISO procedures.
• Vocational Certificate or NTC with min. 2 years’ QA experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of MS Office Excel is a must.
• Provide suggestions/solutions for Quality related issues
• Assist and support QA in resolving customer complaints
• Prepare and provide continuous improvement plans for Quality Department

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in FA /QA/QC field
• Knowledge Basic Use of Measurement Equipments such as Caliper, TMS, PP to check on finished products.
• Experience in precision engineering company with understanding and detect common plastic defects
• Knowledge of interpreting Engineering drawings and specifications with an intermediate understanding of geometric tolerance and dimensions
• Good eyesight and communication skills
