Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, carpenters and key stakeholders. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and cold calling to open new accounts.
· Promote and introduce products to existing and new accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Conduct effective product presentations to stakeholders and potential clients to showcase our products' advantages and salient features.
· Manage the collection of payments from clients in a timely manner.
· Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade organizations, and key influencers to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
· Work with internal teams, including marketing, accounts, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales management and project deliveries.
· Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
· Maintain accurate records by entering visit details, sample information, and client data into Salesforce CRM.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials and/or surfacing products with proven track specification and sales track record.
· Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
· Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
