• Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver civil & structural design engineering work efficiently during proposals and project execution.
• Develop design basis, study ITB documents, and prepare Bill of Quantity (BQ).
• Perform minor design calculations, drawings, and report preparation.
• Verify and check subcontractor drawings to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables with clients and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Supervise and guide junior engineers in executing civil & structural design tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BEM-registered).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil & Structural design, with at least 8 years in brownfield plant projects.
• Strong leadership experience in managing engineering teams.
• Proficient in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and ESTEEM.
• Experience in BQ estimation for cost estimation and as-built purposes.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with clients and subcontractors.
