·       Work with Planning Team for better support to meet department target.

·       Responsible to monitor Inventory in daily basis to ensure no shortages for production to connect the line.

·       Plan master production schedule in accordance with customer demand.

·       Responsible to monitor Manufacturing Order (MO) in daily basis to ensure material complete picking for production.

·       Responsible to monitor and manage material planning and update Clear to Build status.

·       Responsible to issuing new MO & picklist through ERP system and send schedule to production every week.

·       To assist in MO and picklist checking.

·       To assist in material planning base on BOM.

·       Responsible to update MO status and send to production team in daily basis.

·       Responsible to monitor MO to ensure MO completion & closure on time.

·       Responsible to update PMS (Production Master Schedule) Report and send to customer in daily basis.

·       Responsible to plan and manage production planning and scheduling to fulfil On Time Delivery.

·       Responsible to update SVI report & send to SVI Team in weekly basis.

·       Responsible to perform any job relates with ERP system.

·       To work with production and buyer team closely to monitor and manage production plan vs actual.

·       Work with all related department to ensure all order are accurate & delivered in a timely manner.

·       Involve for inventory count in monthly basis.

·       Perform other ad hoc job as assigned by the superior

Job Requirement:

·       Company Quality Policy  

·       Awareness trained and complying with QMS, HSE, ISMS and ABMS system.

·       Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and BOM

·       Experience in Production & Material Planning • Experience in any ERP or MRP system

·       Microsoft Office Skil
