Job Description

·        Production: Organize and supervise production tasks, and ensure production goals are met

·        Training: Provide training to new and existing employees

·        Quality: Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained

·        Performance: Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement

·        Equipment: Ensure equipment is running properly

·        Teamwork: Encourage team participation and collaboration

·        Procedures: Implement new procedures

Requirements :

·        Fresh Graduates Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalents.

·        Willing to work rotating shifts.

·        Training will be provided.
