Remuneration: RM10,000-RM13,000
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
- Managing and work closely with Senior operation team, ensuring efficient and effective management of all outlets, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions.
- Further improvise existing SOPs, ensure that all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Enhance brand’s reputation in all aspects.
- Reporting to Company Directors
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers and staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation of employees.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective staff management.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the budget, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
- Optimize revenue streams and manage expenses to enhance profitability.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by setting high service standards and addressing customer feedback and complaints effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and build customer loyalty.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the branding agency to design and execute promotional activities, events, and advertising campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to tailor marketing strategies and drive business growth.
- Oversee social media and online presence to attract and retain customers.
Compliance and Quality Control:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including food safety, health, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Maintain open and effective communication with upper management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- At least 7-8 Year(s) of hands-on experience in sales and retail operation management in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should be flexible to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
- The candidate must be willing to travel as part of the role.
