Job Responsibilities

- Some agents will work independently after completing the training program

Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in finance or customer service
- Language Skills: Japanese (Native or JLPT N1 level), English proficiency
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and credit card-related knowledge preferred
- Age Range: 35–40 years old below
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: RM 5,000–6,000 or higher (based on experience and skills)
- Bonus: Equivalent to an average of 3 months' salary depending on company performance
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
