Job Responsibilities

  • Provide personal account support for Japanese customers regarding credit cards
  • Utilize CRM systems and product knowledge for effective customer service operations
  • Some agents will work independently after completing the training program
  • This role involves managing high-rank credit card services for the Malaysia team.

 

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years in finance or customer service
  • Language Skills: Japanese (Native or JLPT N1 level), English proficiency
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and credit card-related knowledge preferred
  • Age Range: 35–40 years old below

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: RM 5,000–6,000 or higher (based on experience and skills)
  • Bonus: Equivalent to an average of 3 months' salary depending on company performance
  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
