Position Title: Process Technician (AOI) - (VMI - Visual Inspection)
Remuneration: RM 3,000 – RM4,500
Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and calibrate AOI systems (2D & 3D) for vision inspection.
- Perform mechanical fine-tuning and motion adjustments to ensure optimal system performance.
- Develop and optimize inspection recipes and ensure system integration and conversion.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
- Provide technical support and machine buyoff reports.
- Continuously improve machine performance to enhance inspection accuracy and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of machine setups, maintenance activities, and operational reports.
Requirement
· Proven experience as an AOI Technician or in a similar role.
· Familiarity with AOI machine operations and troubleshooting.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to detect defects in products.
· Experience with VMI (Visual Inspection) systems is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve problems and ensure product quality.
· Basic knowledge of laser cleaning techniques is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare detailed reports. |
