Sales & Marketing Executive (Real Estate-Mandarin speaking)

Job Description:

·       To assist on planning Sales & Marketing schedule and activities of the company.

·       To assist on compiling budgetary cost of Sales & Marketing activities and products for launching.

·       To carry out necessary sales & marketing activities as planned/instructed within the timeframe stipulated.

·       To participate in any sales & marketing activities including group visits, presentations, networking sessions, sales talk, roadshows/trade missions, etc.

·       To liaise with vendors/external parties of their services provided, quotations and jobs delivery on timely manner.

·       To keep track on all necessary stocks records and to update if new order/placement is needed on timely/weekly basis.

·       To update of all walk-in/phone calls/mail enquiries on enquiries report and to follow up on timeline manner.

·       To keep track on company website info to be updated on timely manner and monitor enquiry mail receiving inbox on daily basis.

·       To prepare necessary sales brochures/goodie bags for any visitors and to provide relevant sales & marketing services ie products presentation, site tour, etc, base on the enquiries made.

·       To assist on marketing activities and sales enquiries in order to avoid any disruptions or slow responses on any problems raised/enquiries made.

·       To assist on compilation of necessary sales & marketing documentations for internal use/external proposal purposes.

·       To monitor & follow up project progress, progress billing and payment collection status and inform head of department if any urgency arises.

·       To assist on attending customers' request, compiling and reporting feedback during project implementation, handing over process and after completion of the project.

·       To proceed on inspection and handing over of the completed units together with project/contract department and customers.

·       To monitor on defect works done status and put into records for both internal and customers’ safe references.

·       To assist & compile summaries of market survey, sales report, marketing report and enquiries report to head of department.

·       To monitor all matters concerning sales & marketing activities/KPIs and compliance with the ISO standards.

·       To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the head of department/ management.

·       This position may also be offered to candidate (if any interested) to be transferred & station for other projects out of Johor.

 

Job Requirement:

·       Minimum 1 year experience from related industry field and/or sales & marketing planning and activities and/or customer relations/services

·       Minimum Degree holder from Real Estate/Property Management/Marketing and related industry.

·       Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.

·       Basic communication & writing skills including Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

·       Basic computer skills including Microsoft offices, email correspondences, internet browsers, etc.

·       Pleasant personality, confident, independent, responsible, self-motivated, outgoing and responsive that able to communicate & present well with any level of people and work as a team.
