Position Title: NPI Engineer

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM 6,000 – RM 8,000

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage new product introduction (NPI) projects from concept to production.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
3. Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
4. Work with engineering and production teams to resolve any product-related issues.
5. Ensure that NPI processes meet quality and regulatory standards.
6. Conduct regular project reviews and report progress to management.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for NPI processes.
   
   

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in NPI project management or engineering.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
