Position : Supply Chain Specialist ( Immediate Hiring)

Tenure : 1 year contract – Renewable basis

Working Location : Damanasara Uptown, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Hour : Standard

Salary : RM 3200 – RM 5000

Job Description

• Lead in secures supply chain of Packaging Material and Additional Material order fulfilment: Order management, design. administration, invoicing, claim administration, logistics.
• Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement on Packaging Material and Additional Material supply chain service level.
• Executes all order management and design administration activities (transactional). Secures supply chain PM / AM order fulfillment for on time & in full
• Secures claim administration for Packaging Material and Additional Material (Credit Notes).
• Manage demand in collaboration with factory planners and logistics team.
• Drive efficient Vendor Managed Replenishment to secure minimal finished goods stock.
• Provides supply chain expertise to support new product development / launch.
• Participates in WCM teams and drive continuous improvements

Job Requirement

• Required knowledge of order management of product sales. 
• 2 years operational experience in the area of expertise.
• Bachelor Degree in logistics, supply chain or business administration as a merit.
• Prefer skill on Excel VBA, power BI, power automate
• Experience on SAP system operation, at least 2 years
• Excellent on Microsoft excel, good on word, PPT
• Good written English skills
• Strong administrative and planning skills as well as the ability to prioritize.
