Position: Admin Assistant
Company Background: Oil and Gas Industry
Tenure: 1 year contract
Salary: RM 3500 - RM 4000
Working Hour: Normal Working Hour ( Monday to Friday)
Location: Damansara Heights
Job Description
- Check and review monthly claims and submit the hardcopy to payable.
- PR/PO issuance – LVPO , CallOff PO & Spot PO via SAP upon approval email from HORB
- Invoice processing – to process incoming invoices via SAP and forward to payable for the next process
- Purchase stationaries
- Prepare documents and IT equipment required for new comers
- Service Station Agreement – liase closely with the contract team for yearly renewal of the contract
- New Dealership database – to maintain the database
- Meeting calendar – to help book a meeting room
- Arrange food for a meeting
- IT equipment Tracking – Laptop, phone etc
- Courier agreement to service station
- Quarterly reporting
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- 1-2 years of working experience as an Admin
- Able to start immediately
- Excellent communication skills
