Position: Asset Tagging Support Analyst

Company Background: Oil and Gas Company

Tenure: 1-year contract (Renewable)

Salary: Up to RM 3000

Location: Damansara Heights

Working Hours: Standard

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle asset tagging questions
• Write memos for asset write-in and write-off actions for Management approval
• Assist with filing tasks.
• Check and validate the work of Asset Inspectors during site visits.
• Verify asset tagging done by Asset Inspectors, if needed.
• Retag assets, if necessary.
• Cover for Asset Inspectors when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a diploma in any field, preferably Engineering or Finance.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Must own a car and have a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel for site visits.
