Tenure: 1 year contract (Renewable Basis)
Working Hour: 8 AM - 5 PM
Working Location: Damansara Height
Salary : RM 3,000 - RM 3,300
Job Description
- Make outbound call to existing and new customers.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and offer suitable product / solution to customers.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Send out e-mail communications to customers after each successful sign up or as and when required.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
- Perform data entry and build customers database.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum Degree holder
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with basic computers software i.e.: Microsoft Words & Microsoft Excel, and strong typing skills.
