Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Track project costs, manage change orders, and ensure financial alignment with project milestones.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports on project performance, including cost analysis, profitability, and cash flow. Provide insights into financial variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial planning and resource allocation.
• Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget. Implement cost control measures and conduct regular financial reviews to identify and address cost overruns.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow for construction projects, including invoicing, collections, and payments to subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure timely cash flow to support project operations and maintain financial stability.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations. Prepare financial documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy. Streamline financial workflows to support project efficiency and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance team members, including junior accountants and financial analysts. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and external auditors. Provide financial insights and support to senior management and project teams.
