Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the implemented of Procurement & Sourcing Strategies
• Develop Annual Sourcing Business Plans that will reflect year-over-year cost reductions
• Provides strategic influence while building value-adding relationships with key suppliers and internal customer groups
• Develop, implement and manage processes for supply-related problem resolution.
• Identifies and works closely with Vendor Engineering, Buyers, and Procurement Manager, Global Sourcing and individuals from other divisions/plants to identifying and executing Cost Reduction opportunities.
• Optimize the sourcing and procurement processes.
• Reviews, assesses and maintains a base line costing model for the key spend items in each commodity
• Supports the creation, approval, and implementation of new company-wide policies.
• Identifies, implements, and supports enabling technologies throughout the entire requisition to payment process.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates require to process at least bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 5-8 years' experience in direct / indirect buyer.
• Candidate with logistics background will be preferable.
• Experience in project and Change Management.
• Candidate has experience in ESG will be preferable.
• Skill: SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, attention to details, problem solving skill, negotiation skill, able to organize and present data/information to influence decision making, primarily to internal audiences.
