Position Title: Maintenance Engineer

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM4,000 – RM6,000

Responsibilities

·       Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.

·       Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

·       System maintenance: Develop and implement procedure, work instruction for machine maintenance.

·       Repairs: Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on machinery and equipment.

·       Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.

·       Installation: Install new equipment and ensure it operates correctly.

·       Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.

·       Machine qualification: Ensure all new machine approve on Management of Change (MOC) before start mass production.

·       Machine efficiency: To monitor machine utilization downtime and recovery time to ensure no impact on productivity that impact customer delivery.

Secondary duties

·       Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work.

·       Contractor Management: Project Hirac, permit approval and Oversee contractors to ensure work is completed to standards.

·       Training: Train staff on proper maintenance procedures and equipment operation.
