Position Title : Service Engineer

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM4,000 – RM5,000

Responsibilities

·       Ability to resolve machining problems appearing on parts by analyzing the regular test cuts usually provided with the Maintenance literature.

·       Ability to resolve machine service, maintenance tasks of the complex nature without technical assistance.

·       Ability to resolve application problems of a normal complexity by occasionally seeking the assistance from an experienced Application Engineer.

·       Ability to recommend solutions to customers.

·       Provide training to customers when required.

·       May supervise a less experienced service on a task related to the preventive maintenance, repair and/or installation of Machine.

·       Ability to perform on site audit and provide support for customer sale.

Requirement

·       Diploma/Degree in Engineering

·       1 year related experienced.

·       Fresh graduates is encouraged to apply.
