Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle processing of customer application forms from all channels.
  • Perform account creation and setup for newly onboarded customers and manage existing customer base.
  • Verify and process necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Address and resolve any queries or concerns. use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and share insights.
  • Managing day-to-day tasks associated with delivering exceptional customer support and satisfaction.

Job Requirement :

  • At least 1 year working experience in similar role.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma
  • Required skills: MS Word & Excel
  • Experience in a call centre or customer support environment is preferred.
  • Applicants must be independent, self driven, strong commitments and result oriented
  • Good planning, problem-solving, organization skills, strong communication skills, leadership and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple task on hand and handle high volumes of work.
  • Familiarity with FX / CFD industry can be an added advantage.
  • Reading and writing in both English and Chinese is a must.
  • Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Candidate fluency in Japanese language writing and speaking can be an added advantage.
  • Working location KL area, walk 2 mints to LRT station
