Job Responsibilities :
- Handle processing of customer application forms from all channels.
- Perform account creation and setup for newly onboarded customers and manage existing customer base.
- Verify and process necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Address and resolve any queries or concerns. use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and share insights.
- Managing day-to-day tasks associated with delivering exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
Job Requirement :
- At least 1 year working experience in similar role.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma
- Required skills: MS Word & Excel
- Experience in a call centre or customer support environment is preferred.
- Applicants must be independent, self driven, strong commitments and result oriented
- Good planning, problem-solving, organization skills, strong communication skills, leadership and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple task on hand and handle high volumes of work.
- Familiarity with FX / CFD industry can be an added advantage.
- Reading and writing in both English and Chinese is a must.
- Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Candidate fluency in Japanese language writing and speaking can be an added advantage.
