Job Descriptions:
· Oversee and supervise overall operations of service centre across the region.
· Ensure all standard guidelines and procedures are followed and implemented.
· Lead, organise and manage day to day function of the service centre to achieve unit intake and target performance set by the management.
· Increase sales turnover and profitability of the service centre.
· Handle difficult and serious customer complaints.
· Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets as set by the Company.
· Prepare monthly reports and conduct meetings to review performance.
· Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions.
· Any other tasks as may be assigned by the superior.
