Job Descriptions:
· Supervise and motivate the team of salespeople across the region.
· Forecast quarterly and annual performance of all sales branch.
· Promote and encourage strategies to sell cars & car accessories to meet revenue goals.
· Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets as set by the Company.
· Prepare monthly reports and conduct meetings to review performance.
· Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions.
· Participate in decision making for the expansion or acquisition of all sales branch.
· Monitor Market Trends and customer preference to adapt sales strategies.
· Evaluate the performance of Sales Managers and providing constructive feedback and solutions.
· Propose to the management any new business opportunity in related field.
· Increase sales turnover & profitability of the showroom centres.
· Any other tasks as may be assigned by the superior.
