Join a leading multinational BPO company as a Cantonese-speaking Customer Service Agent dedicated to serving the Hong Kong market. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll provide top-notch support to customers, riders, and vendors via phone calls, live chat, and email across various shifts. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed Salary: RM3,500
- Performance KPI Bonus: RM0-300/month
- Shift Allowance: RM300-500 for Night/Midnight shifts
- Annual Bonus
- EPF, SOCSO, Medical Card: Provided
- Annual Leave: 19-23 days
- Medical Leave: 14-18 days
Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Service (CS)
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints through live chat and phone calls.
- Assist with issues related to orders, including incorrect or missing items, delayed ETAs, and other delivery concerns.
- Provide support to delivery riders on inquiries such as locating customer addresses and other route assistance.
- Handle calls and chats to ensure timely delivery solutions, helping riders complete orders accurately.
Key Requirements
- Language: Fluent in Cantonese; able to read Traditional Mandarin characters.
- Shift Availability: Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift ( 5 days working a week, 8 hours a day)
- Minimum Education: SPM or above; no prior customer support or work experience required, fresh graduates are also applicable.
