Position: Assistant Finance Manager
Location: Primarily based in Seksyen 15 Shah Alam with occasional travel to Kajang as needed likely about once a month.
Fully working onsite.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly Cash Flow Reports
- Verify and approved supplier payments and monitor credit control.
- Monitor utilisation of banking facilities.
- Preparation of bank application (RC, LC, BG, BA etc).
- Monitor AR Aging and highlight long overdue customers.
- Responsible in Company Taxation. Ensure Tax Computation information prepare and submit to Tax Agent accurately and timely.
- Review of tax payable and provision required in financial statement
- To lead and co-ordinate the preparation of Company budget.
- To prepare monthly preparements, accruals, and provisions
- To prepare monthly financial closing.
- To prepare Forex/Realised gain or loss for AP and AR.
- To undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time.
Knowledge/ Skills / Competencies:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Handling full set of accounts
- Experience in ERP system will be added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, self-driven, positive working attitude and meet tight deadline.
Qualifications & experience
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
