Position: Assistant Finance Manager

Location: Primarily based in Seksyen 15 Shah Alam with occasional travel to Kajang as needed likely about once a month.

Fully working onsite.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Cash Flow Reports
  • Verify and approved supplier payments and monitor credit control.
  • Monitor utilisation of banking facilities.
  • Preparation of bank application (RC, LC, BG, BA etc).
  • Monitor AR Aging and highlight long overdue customers.
  • Responsible in Company Taxation. Ensure Tax Computation information prepare and submit to Tax Agent accurately and timely.
  • Review of tax payable and provision required in financial statement
  • To lead and co-ordinate the preparation of Company budget.
  • To prepare monthly preparements, accruals, and provisions
  • To prepare monthly financial closing.
  • To prepare Forex/Realised gain or loss for AP and AR.
  • To undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time. 

Knowledge/ Skills / Competencies: 

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Handling full set of accounts
  • Experience in ERP system will be added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, self-driven, positive working attitude and meet tight deadline. 

Qualifications & experience

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
