Position: Ecommerce Coordinator

Requirements: 

• Candidate with minimum 1 year experience in handling processing of orders from Lazada and Shopee. 
• Experience of handling - Campaign like 9/9 11/11 and 12/12 is essential.
• Our billing is of high volume hence, candidate should be able handle the pressure.

Job Scope: 

• Providing support to the Warehouse Department for Processing of Daily Purchase Orders. 
• Processing sales purchase orders, verifying the price list & inventory available, issuing sales invoices via accounting sofware with strict timelines. 
• Monitoring and verifying sales orders via online e-commerce plaƞorms (Lazada and Shopee - daily basis). 
• Handling communications with warehouse personnel via phone, email, and in-person. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel with formula-example PIVOT and V look etc. 
• Able to handle strict time lines and deliverable on daily basis. 
• Submission of Sales Invoices and other reports are required by the management on daily basis.
