Job Descriptions:

·         Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals to optimize costs and improve quality.

·         Identify, evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure quality, reliablity and competitive pricing.

·         Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

·         Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, quality standards and legal requirements.

·         Analyse purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective measures.

·         Assist in developing and implementing purchasing strategies to meet production needs while controlling costs.

·         Maintain relationship with existing suppliers and assist in evaluating new suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.

·         Process purchase order, track deliveries and ensure that materials are received on time and meet quality standards.

·         Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information and contracts.

Additional Advantage:

·         Someone who have experience in UCT/Ichor /Jabil etc. Deal with Lam research product.

·         Someone who have knowledge in direct material procurement and familiar with Penang and Kedah supplier.
