| Job Descriptions:
● Responsible for sourcing, selecting & negotiation with supplier/ vendors to constantly strive for best pricing, delivery and payment term.
● Issue PO to supplier/ vendor.
● Monitor and expedite outstanding order and delivery schedule.
● Liaise & communicate extensively with supplier on procurement matter.
● Liaise with freight forwarder on shipping & transporter matter with regards to import shipment.
● Prepare RFQ for bid proposals and completed within the desired time-frame
● Handling inventory and warehouse activities for all branch plant (Pg, KL JB).
Job Qualifications :
● Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in supply chain management software and Google Suite .
● Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
● Experience with data analysis and reporting.
● Strong organizational and time management skills. |
