• Compilation of invoices from vendors/ contractors with all necessary supporting documents is available for verification and approval.
• Process Payment for Vendors, Staff, and Shareholders on an established periodical cycle.
• Prepare and post journal entries (JV) into the accounting system and obtain the necessary approval.
• Providing coding for new store items and inputting relevant unit prices in the accounting software for stock items. 
• Perform Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare expenses analysis report for tax agent and statutory audit required documents for auditors on a yearly basis.
• Prepare Monthly / Quarterly Management KPI Report.
• Prepare Daily LPG Cylinder Reconciliation reports and Monthly Inventory Reports.
• Monitoring of agreement expiry schedule and preparing renewal or tender-related documents. 
• Prepare Bid Evaluation analysis report based on quotation received for approval.
• Generate quarterly invoices to Joint Venture partners.
• Maintain proper filing of documentation and accounting records.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
2. A good command of English and Malay.
3. Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
4. 2-3 years relevant experience, especially in handling basic accounting.
5. Hands on experience in any recognized computerized accounting is added advantage.
