DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
- LEASING (NEW TENANTS)
- Formulate the leasing strategic and tactical plan.
- Set team and individual leasing target.
- Team performance tracking.
- Business collaboration with real estate agents to generate tenancy leads.
- Asset performance review – occupancy & yield.
- Review tenancy proposals (and management papers for approval).
- Assist team in negotiations of commercial and technical terms with tenants.
- Establish alliances with Government agencies for direct prospecting leads.
- MARKETING
- Assist Head of Company in overseeing the overall marketing plan and strategies of PHB Groups’ properties.
- Oversees all marketing, advertising, promotions, and events.
- Review marketing collaterals and digital contents.
- Ensure marketing expenses within the approved budget and procurements adhered to the stipulated guidelines.
- TENANT MANAGEMENT (RENEWALS)
- Build good rapport with tenants for tenancy continuity and space expansion.
- Oversee all tenancy renewals within the stipulated timeframe.
- Assist in negotiations with tenants for any commercial or technical issues.
- Ensure renewal targets/ KPI are met by the team.
- MANAGEMENT REPORT
- Review leasing and marketing progress update to management and BOD.
- BUDGETING
- Review annual rental projection and marketing expenses prepared by the team.
- Review marketing budget request.
- PROJECT
- Provide inputs on tenants’ expectations/ feedback on building features and facilities for new development projects.
- Review consultants’ proposals for enhancement/ refurbishment projects particularly common facilities for tenants.

Qualification and Experiences |
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Valuation/ Estate Management/ Property Management/ Marketing/ Mass Communication.
- Minimum 10 years and at least 7 years in marketing of real estate.
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and oral.
- Good communication skills.
- Detailed oriented and highly organized.
- Strong time management skills.
- A team player.
