Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Support the implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and management.
• Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs ie: Insurances & medical enrollment/terminations/updates as well as invoice/ claim processing and submission
• Develop, implement, update and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence.
• Support monthly payroll processing

Performance Management System:

• Administer performance appraisal systems and performance improvement plans.
• Monitor and track employee performance and development

HR Administration & Compliance:

• Responsible for the maintenance and implementation of HCMS as well as periodic reporting
• To support secondees and expatriate management matters
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource Management or any similar disciplines
• Fresh graduates or with 1-2 years of related working experience in Human Resources Management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of local employment law, legislation or HR best practices, and Tax Rulings
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Pro-active, able to work under pressure and self-disciplined
• Strong organization and time management skills
