Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Support the implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and management.
- Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs ie: Insurances & medical enrollment/terminations/updates as well as invoice/ claim processing and submission
- Develop, implement, update and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence.
- Support monthly payroll processing
Performance Management System:
- Administer performance appraisal systems and performance improvement plans.
- Monitor and track employee performance and development
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Responsible for the maintenance and implementation of HCMS as well as periodic reporting
- To support secondees and expatriate management matters
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource Management or any similar disciplines
- Fresh graduates or with 1-2 years of related working experience in Human Resources Management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of local employment law, legislation or HR best practices, and Tax Rulings
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Pro-active, able to work under pressure and self-disciplined
- Strong organization and time management skills
