Position Title : Production Manager

Remuneration: RM10,000 – RM15,000

Responsibilities

·       Overseeing the entire production process within the manufacturing facility.

·       Primary responsibilities would ensure efficient and effective production operations while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting production output targets.

·       Production Planning and Scheduling: You would be responsible for creating production schedules, taking into account factors like product demand, available resources, and production capacity. Efficient planning helps ensure timely delivery of products.

·       To optimize production output and minimize downtime.

·       Quality Control is crucial, to oversee production quality control procedures, inspection processes, and adherence to quality standards throughout the production cycle.

·       Process Improvement: Continuously analyzing production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Take the initiatives to implement process enhancements that increase productivity and reduce production scraps.

·       Performance Monitoring: Monitoring production performance metrics like production rates, downtime, and defect rates. Essentially to identify areas for improvement and track overall production efficiency.

·       Health and Safety Compliance, to ensure the production facility complies with health and safety regulations. This includes implementing safety protocols, conducting safety training, and promoting a culture of safety among the production team.

·       Leadership, this involves providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce, including supervisors, operators, and other production staff.
