Key Duties & Responsibilities
• To implement, monitor and review sales and marketing plan.
• Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that are designed to meet the needs of customers.
• Explore and identify for potential new business opportunities and customers both locally
• Communicating with customers to understand their specific needs so that they can be met efficiently.
• To promote Company’s product and system solutions to various industries.
• To achieve business plan targets and monthly objectives
• To actively contribute to the performance of the Sales department.
• Responsible for generating leads and markets leads for sales growth.
• Provide accurate and timely Forecast's using the appropriate Sales Tools and Processes and maintain all relevant information about Customers, Prospects, Campaigns and Leads.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with customers.
• Follow up on billing and debt collections.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 5 year(s) of working experience specializing in automation engineering / automotive / General Industry or in the related field is required for this position.
• A pro-active and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation, communication, and motivation skills.
• Willingness to travel to sites if required within short notice.
Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
• Team player but also capable to work independently.
Have good sense of time management and strong customer focus.
