Position : IT Service Management lead
Tenure: 6 months contract – renewable basis

Working hours: Standard
Salary: RM 5500- RM 6500
Job responsibility
- Lead and coordinate the functional and technical team
- Be client facing/at client site as L2 support to resolve system incident and problem
- Perform solutioning and lead execution for system enhancement
- Escalate to technical team to resolve technical issues and activities
- Stakeholder management – weekly and monthly report
Job requirement
- Experience in IT service management or related field.
- Strong familiarity with BMC Remedy and Helix ITSM technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred.
