Main Job Responsibilities:

In charge of Distributors and Global EMS in Malaysia as account Manager.

Conduct market survey such as gather competitors or market information and revert to HQ and regional office for formulating appropriate sales strategy to counteract.

Conduct quarter RFQ negotiation for share up with assigned customers.
-
SAM increase from all assigned customers Global Commodity Manager (GCM) & Sourcing Manager/Team.
-
Proposal of new Design Ins from G-EMS R&D sites.
-
Develop new customer and new product diversification opportunity with all assigned distributors especially Penang.
-
Periodic strategic reporting to HQ & management.
-
Full assistance to Customer Service for delivery expedite.
-
Regular customer meeting at least once a week and business trip support.
Job Requirements:

A level of diploma or higher education preferably in field of engineering /science/business.

Minimum 4years of customer-facing experience in related field/industry.

Self-Motivated & Sales target orientated.

Ability to demonstrate proficiency in interpersonal skills including effective collaboration and communication skills.

Well-developed facilitation skills to work among individuals from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.

Develop judgment, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Demonstrated time management skills to accomplish short- and long-term assignments.
