• Communication between Principal & Customers.
• Customers problem solving.
• Customers enquiries.
• Sailing Schedule updates.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any field
• Proficiency in English both communication and written
• Must have at least 1 year of working experiences in Shipping Line / NVOCC
